Pathways 2 Solutions holds an established federal portfolio — 11 prime awards, five agencies, $3.07M on the public record — and one live GSA — General Services Administrationthe federal agency that runs schedulesGSA vehicle. Option exercise is not automatic — before it happens, the contracting officer must document the price, performance, and other factors supporting the decision, and the next option lands 20 November.
The public record shows real federal work. It cannot show what keeps it. Whether any function owns the contract file, reconciles the orders, and produces the evidence a contracting officer accepts at the option window is the question the diagnostic is built to answer.
Full register of contracts, modifications, options, SIN/NAICS alignment, and reporting/fee controls.
Current-versus-potential end dates reconciled — the ledger that tests whether the file would survive an auditor's pull. What the record says, what it doesn't, and what to ask for.
An executive-ready queue that builds the framework for the audit — prioritized so every record is pullable on demand: a taxonomy aligned to what DCAA looks for in competent contract execution teams.
A Readiness Review for the November option package — a gap register of the option-exercise file, covering the contract-file determination the contracting officer must document before exercise (FAR 17.207), cost and price analysis, and file audit readiness. The output is a contract-record analysis, a taxonomy for execution, and what the contracting officer will look for — plus potential support thereafter to build the file out. It supports retaining the current contract and winning option periods. It stops being a scramble every time an auditor, CO — Contracting Officerthe government official who awards/administers the contractCO, or new hire asks, because the taxonomy and the evidence base are built, owned, and pullable on demand.
Every figure on this page is cited to the public record — USAspending, SAM — System for Award Managementthe federal vendor registration databaseSAM.gov, GSA eLibrary. No confidential sources, no speculation.
Every row is a named product with a published menu price. You know the number up front — no hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
LFC OORAH (trademark pending) is a named, gated product line — five phases, each with an entry criterion, an exit artifact, and a price.
This is the full register the public record can already build — every PIID, value, and date. One requirement carries the open position: a single Boots to Business marketing and outreach scope, delivered as two consecutive orders on two different vehicles. Both current periods have passed; $1,472,014.99 — 48.0% of the lifetime file — sits between them.

Four questions this register cannot answer — and which the diagnostic is built to resolve.
Every figure above comes from those public sources. What they cannot show is where the diagnostic begins.
The continuity diagnostic is the wedge that makes the lifecycle hold.
Turn the gap register into a funded, sequenced build program — the contract-file function sized to the operation.
The CO's option review is a file question. The applicable slice — evidence, SOP, records discipline — scoped per ORIENT findings.
A mock of the CO's option-exercise review — not a CMMC mock.
The easiest contract to lose is the one you're currently performing.
Twenty-plus years leading federal contracts and compliance. Built a fully integrated federal contracting organization from the ground up at a major North American construction firm, and established a government services division for a nuclear fabrication company. Earlier directed procurement and the glovebox program at the Savannah River Plutonium Processing Facility, and served as a Contracts Manager at DCMA. He is the primary interface with federal contracting officers and leads the contract-file and option-readiness work.
One defined diagnostic. A written remediation queue. A Readiness Review for the November option package — and the path to keep the contract you've already won.
